Virtual Production is a new process in which any background as a computer animation is projected onto a huge screen. An actress or protagonist then stands in the foreground. In the end, it looks as if the performer is standing in a real environment. This technique from Hollywood was used also for the Disney series The Mandalorian. Now it has also been implemented in Switzerland for the first time!
These shots are therefore the first Virtual Production footage to be shot in Switzerland. This technique is ideal for larger commercial shoots where the environment needs to be controlled.
